Crescent University Admission Requirements
Applicants or aspirants must meet these crescent university admission requirements if they want to gain admission into this university.
Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Requirements
(a) Credit at SSCE, GCE, NECO or approved equivalent in at least five subjects which must include English Language and Mathematics and any other three as may be specified by each College.
(b) The five credits should be obtained in not more than two sittings.
(c) Candidates who have just finished their SSCE, GCE and NECO exams and are awaiting their results may also apply for admission into the university.
(d) All applicants will be required to go through Crescent University’s screening exercise without which a candidate will not be offered admission into the University.
(e) Interested candidates who have applied to Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for admission and wish to change their first choice to Crescent University are required to:
(1) Apply for change of institution through JAMB.
(2) Get the CRESCENT UNIVERSITY, ABEOKUTA application form.
(3) Take part in the screening exercise.
(4) All applicants are required to obtain JAMB forms as well as Crescent University application forms before they can be eligible for the screening exercise.
(5) Admission through JAMB will be offered to candidates who have taken Crescent University as their first choice and have up to standard JAMB scores in the 2020 JAMB examination.
DIRECT ENTRY [DE] Admission Requirements (ADMISSION TO 200 LEVEL)
(a) NCE [National Certificate of Education], OND [National Diploma], HND [Higher National Diploma] in related fields and no less than at lower credit level in addition to O’ Level admission requirements stated above may be admitted at suitable level.
(b) Two Advanced level passes or its equivalent in relevant subjects in addition to O/L requirements stated above.
(c) The interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) at satisfactory grade levels or score.
