Ecobank Graduate Development Programme recruitment 2023/2024

Every bank in Nigeria has it own process of recruitment, so does EcoBank. The Graduate Development Programme of EcoBank is designed in such a way that each applicant that scale through the recruitment process is sent to this programme which is expected to last for just 1 year.

Although 1 year is quite long unlike Zenith and GTBANK where the training usually last for 4 to 5 months. But don’t worry about the length as you will be paid on monthly basis to keep body and soul together while at the same time you are equipped with the skills and expertise necessary to have a successful career in the banking sector.

Upon successful completion of the programme you will be fully employed as a full time or permanent staff of EcoBank.

Programme Features of Ecobank Graduate Development Programme recruitment

You will spend a minimum period of 12 months in the school.

Having a first degree is necessary.
You should not be more than 25 years of age.
Only graduates who are second class upper are accepted.
NYSC discharge certificates is also needed.

Ecobank Management Development Programme (EMDP) Recruitment

Ecobank Management Development Programme (EMDP) is designed to recruit the next generation of bankers who will assume managerial and senior roles that align with their qualifications upon successful completion of their programme.

Please note that this programme last for good 21 months which is longer than any programme. This is due to the demanding roles you are to assume once you are successfully recruited.

Recruitment requirement

The recruitment requirements for this position remains the same as that of Ecobank Graduate Development Programme except the age difference and master degree requirement.

Having a first degree is necessary.
You should not be more than 28 years of age.
You should have a master degree from a recognized institution.
Only graduates who are second class upper are accepted.
NYSC discharge certificates is also needed.
