1. You are expected to make use of only one passport photograph through out your post UTME registration and all you documents must be attached with same passport
2. Ensure that your fingerprint are captured by the system, make sure that your passport is correctly uploaded.
3. Finally cross check all information before submitting, make sure your names appears correctly just like it is on your jamb slip

This are the documents that you should get ready before attempting to fill your form online and when coming for the post UTME screening exercise. They are as follows :

• Get ready your O level results this should be photocopies or the original. (NECO, WAEC, SSCE, O/L, NABTEB)
• Come along with a copy of your screening form acknowledgement slip, ensure you also attach a recent passport of yours on it.
• Your JAMB slip also will be required from you at the entrance of the exam hall.
• Lastly ensure you get a recent passport separately and at the back of the passport sign on it, write your JAMB reg number and names. Don’t forget that this passport should be red in background

Things to know about UNIUYO

UNIUYO is located in Akwa Ibom State which is one of the richest oil states in Nigeria.

The university remains one of the few universities that offers free and qualitative health care delivery services to not only students but also staffs and their members. Although members of the public are still allowed to access free health care services but more priority is placed on students.

4. Ime Umana Campus, Ediene Abak: this campus is designed to accommodate those who in the pre degree programme.
